We want to ensure you are happy with the service provided by our Sellers on the Vouch For You platform (they are all super lovely small business owners and they also want to ensure you are happy!).
Please be sure to check their individual shipping and returns policies when purchasing your products.
At this stage, all of our products are digitally downloadable vouchers, and you should receive your voucher to your nominated email address within 5 minutes of completing your purchase. If this does not appear in your inbox (make sure to check your junk folder) please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to help!
Within this email, there will be a link to easily ADD YOUR VOUCHER TO YOUR APPLE WALLET. This is super convenient and means that you don’t have to fish around for it in your inbox when you go to redeem it with your lovely selected Seller. There will be a unique barcode and voucher number which you will have to present to the Seller when you wish to redeem it.
Vouch For You takes no responsibility for items not delivered or services not provided by Sellers as a result of the voucher purchase. Once the purchase has been completed and payment made for the item purchased, the contract is between the Buyer and the Seller only, with no liability held by Vouch For You.
All other information on the Site and Products acquired through the Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind by us. We do not warrant or represent that the Products advertised on the Site will be suitable for any purpose, or that a Seller has any particular skill, knowledge, qualification or is legally entitled to carry on a particular business. It is your responsibility to verify any information on the Site and to investigate for yourself the condition, quality and suitability of any Products advertised on the Site.
We do not accept returns, exchange or refund requests, unless the item is agreed as faulty. Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive a incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice.

Please ensure you fill out the shipping and returns policies and your store description very carefully in your vendor dashboard. It is important to be clear with your customers about the terms of your vouchers (it will default to 12 months unless otherwise specified) and the products / services that you offer.
That way, customers will be happy and keep returning to purchase with you.
You will see that our voucher amounts are preloaded for you in your store, and we also offer customers the option to choose a custom amount. Please be sure to check that you are happy with these offers and email us at email@example.com should you wish to make a change.
